The foundations of The SpreadYourHeart Organization were laid in 2014, when co-founder Ro’Dessa Newcomb pioneered a transformative safe space for youth in California’s High Desert. What began as a visionary peer group utilizing motivational media to foster relatable connection has matured into a sophisticated infrastructure of love.

By leveraging motivational video content as a tool for connection, Ro’Dessa established a 'Safe Space' prototype that empowered local high schoolers to share their narratives. A decade later, that prototype has been codified into the SYH engine—a professionalized, multi-state organization dedicated to building resilient communities through our pillars.
